A rally is scheduled on April 19, 2021, on the Capitol Building’s front steps in Harrisburg in support of establishing a window for victims of childhood sexual abuse, who are beyond the Statutes of Limitation, to bring civil action against their abusers. The rally will also focus on legislative changes to extend the Statute of limitations for sexual abuse of minors.
